Job Description
- Well versed in cloud technologies – AWS, Azure or GCP and has relevant experience on these products
- Analyze and design technology solutions, and provide technical expertise in support of Presales activities
- Assists with solution configuration by leveraging technical expertise and other resources and team members
- Participates in qualifying sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding
- Supports analysis of customer’s business objectives.
- Gather information from customers that enable the team to devise a proposed solution.
- To lead technical conferences/discussions with customers and present new solutions based on their requirements.
- Communicate between the technical team and the sales with what is related to the pure technical solution and delivery process and timeline.
- Deliver POCs and workshops for the customers whenever required, to help validate and close opportunities and sales cycles.
- Build and update the technical and financial proposals and the related aspects such as the resources costs and high level deployment planning and resources in alignment with the technical team.
