Sales Manager

ocation: Kuwait
Department: Sales – Enterprise
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager – MENA
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in IT Sales & Technical Solutions


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Enterprise Business in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in IT combined with solid sales and business development experience, capable of driving strategic enterprise deals, managing key accounts, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles across enterprise accounts in Kuwait.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as per the defined KPIs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focusing on long-term growth.

2. Technical & Solution Expertise

  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose the right IT solutions.
  • Present, position, and demonstrate products and solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to design value-driven proposals.

3. Account Management

  • Own relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.

4. Business Development

  • Identify new market segments and growth opportunities within Kuwait.
  • Build partnerships, attend industry events, and maintain strong market intelligence.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and operations teams.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market feedback to management.
  • Support in developing new service offerings based on market demand.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT sales with strong technical understanding.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and closing large deals.
  • Experience in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software, or Digital Transformation is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical pre-sales understanding and ability to translate business needs into solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Strong network in Kuwait’s enterprise and public sector is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical certifications (Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity) are a plus.
