Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise sales, client relationship management, and market expansion, with a proven ability to drive business in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Qatar
- Identify and acquire new clients while expanding existing accounts
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) for solution alignment
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7–12 years of experience in sales / business development
- Strong experience in B2B / enterprise sales
- Experience in Qatar or GCC market preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic speaker
